Dr. Rhonda Franklin's leads the Microwave Packaging and Circuit Technology  (MPACT) Lab. It researches the design of miniaturized low-loss designs for RF, microwave, and sub-millimeter wave frequency applications. This includes the design of interconnects, passives, integrated packaging, and antennas for applications in communications, biomedicine, and ecology. Her team consists of undergraduate and graduate students, who pursue careers in industry and academia.  Many of her undergraduate researchers have continued to pursue graduate degrees as well.
